Testing Principle:

The equipment adopts the composting method. The sample is subjected to controlled composting
conditions, and the final aerobic biological decomposition capacity and the degree of disintegration are determined by measuring the amount of carbon dioxide emitted. This method achieves the best biodegradation rate by adjusting the temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration in the compost container. The equipment consists of 18 reactors for simultaneous or independent testing. The equipment provides a high-stability constant temperature control circulation system, temperature and humidity measurement and control system, and high-precision flow control system to ensure that each reactor is set at any temperature, humidity, vibration and other conditions Stable experiments can be carried out under any conditions to speed up the screening of detection conditions and optimization of reaction conditions. The 18 reactors respectively detect carbon dioxide content (and can be equipped with multiple types of sensors to expand more standard applications). The independent PLC control system captures and analyzes data in real time. The experimental results can be uploaded to the computer to realize the whole experiment tracking. Medical grade three-level security authority system, data can be traced to the source to ensure authenticity and effectiveness.
