Product Overview
Developed relying on years of biodegradation research and practical experience, GBDA series intelligent compost degradation tester is designed strictly in accordance with GB/T19277.1, ISO14855-1 and other relevant standards. Under simulated intense aerobic composting conditions, the equipment automatically detects carbon dioxide released during biodegradation, so as to calculate the biodegradation percentage of degradable materials accurately.

- Equipped with original imported infrared CO2 sensor to guarantee independent and precise measurement results.
- Independent temperature and humidity sensor equipped for each reactor. Adopt PID fuzzy algorithm intelligent control and condensed water reflux technology to stabilize test ambient conditions.
- External water tank structure enables real-time humidity monitoring and automatic water replenishment, keeping water content of inoculum compliant with standard requirements throughout the test.
- 18 sets of independent stirring systems with fence three-dimensional structure. Stirring cycle, duration, speed and forward/reverse rotation are adjustable, effectively preventing inoculum hardening.
- Intelligent air tightness monitoring system checks sealing status in real time and triggers alarm for suspected leakage, maintaining sufficient aeration inside each compost container.
- Designed complying with GMP appendix computer system norms to meet diverse standard demands. Audit trail function supports log and test tracking, realizing complete data traceability.
