To promote the high-quality development of Hubei's flexible packaging industry, on May 27th, the Flexible Packaging Branch of Hubei Packaging Federation and Hubei Juxin Flexible Packaging Research Institute specially invited Zhou Xuehui, General Manager of GBPI, to conduct a special training session. Focusing on two major themes—"Testing Technology and Application of Packaging Materials" and "Processing Technology and Quality Control of Spout Pouches"—the training was held both online and offline.       In the course "Processing Technology and Quality Control of Spout Pouches," Mr. Zhou began by analyzing the market trends, discussing the widespread applications of spout pouches in flexible packaging for beverages, daily chemicals, traditional Chinese medicine, and other industries. He elaborated on their technical characteristics, production processes, and testing standards. As a developer and manufacturer of fully automatic tube sealing machines, GBPI specializes in providing efficient spout pouch production equipment and technical support to flexible packaging enterprises. Mr. Zhou highlighted the core technical features of the fully automatic tube sealing machine and shared practical production cases. The equipment achieves efficient and stable spout pouch production through automation, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality consistency. He also shared remarkable results from several large enterprises using GBPI's equipment, including stable operation and significantly enhanced production efficiency, which have been highly recognized by users.

     In the course "Testing Technology and Application of Packaging Materials," Mr. Zhou shared GBPI's comprehensive solutions in packaging testing, covering barrier property testing methods and selection, barrier detection technologies, and impact performance testing technologies, all illustrated with real-world cases. Specifically addressing the current industry's focus on material barrier properties and physical performance requirements in flexible packaging, he proposed scientific testing methods and equipment selection recommendations to help enterprises enhance their quality control capabilities.
