Meltblown cloth is the "heart" of the mask. It is used for the filter layer in the middle of medical masks. It has good filterability, barrier properties, thermal insulation and adsorption.

Meltblown nonwoven fabrics have a finer fiber structure than spunbonded nonwoven fabrics, and therefore have better capture of fine particles. Meltblown nonwoven fabrics use polypropylene as a raw material with good processability and excellent chemical resistance, so the void ratio is higher, the specific surface area is greater, the filtration efficiency is better, and the insulation performance is also very excellent. Melt-blown non-woven fabrics are used as medical and sanitary fabrics, and are mainly used to manufacture medical protective clothing, surgical gowns, medical masks, diapers, sterilization wraps, sanitary napkins and other products.

I. Raw material detection of melt-blown non-woven fabric-polypropylene

1. According to the standard:

GB / T 30923-2014 plastic polypropylene (PP) meltblown special material

2. Test items:

(1) Test items for technical requirements: particle appearance, melt mass flow rate, ash, volatiles, tert-butyl peroxide, molecular weight distribution

(2) Hygienic index test: total bacterial colonies, total fungal colonies, coliforms, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria

II . Melt-blown non-woven fabric accessories testing-adhesive lining

1. According to the standard:

FZ / T 64041-2014 Meltblown web nonwoven adhesive interlining

2. Test items:

(1) Physical and chemical properties testing: melting temperature deviation, melt flow rate deviation, moisture content, ash, mass deviation rate per unit area, longitudinal breaking strength, peeling strength before and after washing, change in appearance of combined sample after washing Sample hot melt adhesive penetration.

(2) Appearance quality inspection: local performance defects, dispersive defects, permissible number of segments per segment, length.

III. Detection of melt-blown non-woven products

1. According to the standard:

FZ / T 64034-2014 spunbond / meltblown / spunbond (SMS) method nonwoven fabric.

2. Test items:

(1) Appearance quality inspection: fabric appearance, holes, impurities, odors, micropores, crystal points, frit, stiff wire, unreinforced area, thin mesh, width deviation, color difference, joint quality

(2) Intrinsic quality testing: mass deviation rate per unit area, longitudinal breaking strength, transverse breaking strength, longitudinal and longitudinal breaking elongation, hydrostatic pressure, breathability.

(3) Detection of microbiological indicators: total bacterial colonies, total fungal colonies, coliforms, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria.

In addition to being used as medical and sanitary fabrics, melt-blown non-woven fabrics are mainly used to produce insulating materials, filter materials, geotextiles, covering fabrics, cement bags and other products on industrial fabrics, and agricultural fabrics are mainly used for irrigation Cloths, thermal insulation curtains, seedling raising cloths and other products, home decoration cloths mainly produce tablecloths, bed sheets, bed covers, curtain cloths and other products.
