The Adhesive Tape Roller GX-Y2 is suitable for plastic film and cellophane decorative prints (including composite film prints) produced by gravure printing process. It is also used to test the adhesion state of the surface layer formed by vacuum coating, surface coating, compounding and other related processes.

GX-C2 Rub Tester is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of printing ink layer of printed matter, the abrasion resistance of PS plate photosensitive layer and the abrasion resistance of surface coating of related products. Oxygen transmission rate (OTR) is the measurement of the amount of oxygen gas that passes through a substance over a given period. It is mostly carried out on non-porous materials, where the mode of transport is diffusion, but there are a growing number of applications where the transmission rate also depends on flow through apertures of some description.

    Working Principle The spouts go through the hopper and the vibrating feeding tray to the ready position, and is pushed by the spouts to hang on the spouts bracket and rotate with the rotating disc to the pouch processing station. After taking the pouch and turning it over, the pouch to be processed is put on the pouch  fixture on the spout (located directly above the spout holder), the pouch and the spouts are moved together with the turntable to the heat-sealing station for heat-sealing, and the front and rear heat-sealing knives are closed for heat-sealing treatment. The good pouch is pushed by the push-out mechanism to the finished bag storage section for storage. The untreated waste bags are automatically removed with the movement of the turntable to the waste bag rejection port.
