System Composition

The equipment adopts dual-channel design, consisting of bag feeding system, tube feeding system, cutting mechanism, heat sealing system, bag collecting system, control system and machine base;
The bag feeding system is composed of bag separating mechanism, positioning mechanism and handling mechanism; the separating mechanism separates finished bags one by one, the handling mechanism transports bags, and the positioning mechanism corrects position;
The tube feeding system includes vibration plate, linear vibration feeding and rotary tube loading mechanism; automatic detection and start-stop control during feeding;
The heat sealing system includes heat sealing and cooling, with 5 sets of heat sealing knives and 1 set of cooling knives; customized heat sealing and cooling knives of different specifications are available to adapt to straw sealing of various sizes;
Each set of sealing knives has independent temperature control, which can set temperature and operate debugging independently;
The bag collecting system conveys at constant speed and arranges bags automatically, convenient for product observation and inspection;
The operation interface real-time displays working status such as production speed, finished quantity, shift output, date and temperature.
