Product Introduction
GBM‑S1 Cap Seal Integrity Tester adopts compressed air as power source and high‑precision electronic pressure sensor for measurement. Controlled by microcomputer, it effectively tests the sealing process and sealing performance of closures, providing scientific basis for defining relevant technical requirements. It is suitable for mineral water & purified water bottle caps, beverage caps, edible oil bucket caps, seasoning caps (soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, etc.), easy‑open three‑piece cans (beer & beverage aluminum cans), cylindrical composite paper cans for potato chips, puffed snacks and more.
Testing Principle
The capped packaging container is immersed in water. Pressure is applied inside the container to make internal pressure higher than external water pressure. Keep the pressure stable for a set dwell time. Continuous emerging or overflowing bubbles indicate leakage, which is used to judge sealing performance. Technical requirement for non‑carbonated caps: no air leakage at 200 kPa, no cap detachment at 350 kPa.
