GBB-C Vertical Heat Sealing Tester

Product Introduction

GBB-C vertical heat sealing tester accurately measures heat sealing temperature, time, pressure and other performance parameters of plastic stand-up pouches, paper-plastic composite pouches and metal composite pouches. Optimal sealing conditions can be confirmed by testing sealing characteristics of different packaging materials.

Testing Principle

Place sample on the lower support plate and adjust height properly. Set sealing temperature, time and pressure as required, then start the device. The upper fixture seals samples automatically according to preset parameters. Step on foot switch to complete sealing in manual mode. In automatic mode, cyclic sealing runs repeatedly following set duration.

Product Introduction

GBB-A3 heat sealing tester accurately measures heat sealing temperature, time, pressure and other performance parameters of lid films for jelly cups, yogurt cups, coffee capsules, instant noodle buckets, meal boxes, medical blister packs and other food & pharmaceutical packages. Optimal sealing conditions can be confirmed precisely by testing sealing properties of different materials.

Testing Principle

Install matched fixture on the lower support plate and place sample steadily. Set sealing temperature, time and pressure as required, then start the device. The upper fixture descends to complete sealing. In manual mode, step on foot switch to press sealing cutter with fixed sealing duration. In automatic mode, upper and lower cutters perform cyclic sealing automatically according to preset parameters.
