Product Introduction The GBB-A3 Lid Film Heat Sealer can accurately determine heat seal performance parameters (including heat seal temperature, time, and pressure) for lid films used in food and pharmaceutical packaging, such as those for jelly cups, yogurt cups, coffee capsules, instant noodle buckets, meal boxes, and medical blister packs. Since heat seal performance varies across different materials, measuring these parameters allows for precise determination of optimal heat seal conditions. Testing Principle Install appropriate fixtures on the instrument’s lower pallet and place the sample on the fixture. Set the desired heat seal temperature, time, and pressure, then start the instrument with one click—the upper fixture will descend to seal the sample. In manual mode, pressing the foot switch once activates the sealing knife, and the heat seal duration is determined by the preset time. In automatic mode, the upper and lower sealing knives repeatedly perform heat sealing automatically according to the set time. GBB-F1 Heat Seal Tester is to test the temperature, pressure, and time for heat sealing of various film materials. Test Principle Firstly submerge the specimen in the water in the vacuum chamber, and then evacuate the vacuum chamber to form differential pressure between the inside and outside of specimen. The seal property can be obtained by observing the steady progression of bubbles from the specimen or observing how the specimen expands and restores to its original shape after vacuum release.

  Working Principle The spouts go through the hopper and the vibrating feeding tray to the ready position, and is pushed by the spouts to hang on the spouts bracket and rotate with the rotating disc to the pouch processing station. After taking the pouch and turning it over, the pouch to be processed is put on the pouch  fixture on the spout (located directly above the spout holder), the pouch and the spouts are moved together with the turntable to the heat-sealing station for heat-sealing, and the front and rear heat-sealing knives are closed for heat-sealing treatment. The good pouch is pushed by the push-out mechanism to the finished bag storage section for storage. The untreated waste bags are automatically removed with the movement of the turntable to the waste bag rejection port.
