Product Introduction
Designed and manufactured based on the cup-type water vapor transmission test principle, complying with ASTM E96 and GB/T 1037 standards. It supports wide-range, high-efficiency water vapor transmission rate detection for low, medium and high water vapor barrier materials. It is applicable to water vapor transmission performance testing of films, sheets, paper, fabrics, non-woven fabrics and related materials in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, daily chemical and other industries.

Fill desiccant into the sample cup for weight-gain method, or fill distilled water for weight-loss method. Seal the cup with test specimen and place it inside the test chamber. Precisely control the temperature, humidity and wind speed inside the chamber. The humidity difference between inside and outside the cup drives water vapor to penetrate through the specimen, causing the sample cup to gain or lose weight. Weigh the cup at fixed intervals to calculate water vapor transmission rate and other performance parameters of the specimen.
