The N560 2.0 Gas Transmission Rate Tester is a high-precision laboratory testing equipment integrating machinery, electronics and software. Test Principle

The N560 2.0 Gas Transmission Rate Tester is designed based on the principle of the differential pressure method. The treated sample is clamped between the upper and lower test chambers, and a vacuum pump is used to evacuate the entire gas circuit system to a specified vacuum level. Then the test gas at one atmospheric pressure is filled into the upper chamber, forming a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers. Driven by the pressure gradient, the test gas permeates from the upper chamber to the lower chamber through the sample film. The system calculates the gas transmission rate of the tested sample according to the pressure variation in the lower chamber.
