Product Introduction
The film thermal shrink performance tester adopts air heating (air bath) principle to test various thermal shrinkage properties of films. It is applicable to thermal shrink films made of polyethylene, ethylene copolymers and their mixtures, including beverage labels, bottle bundling films, sausage shrink packaging films, daily chemical outer wrapping films, cigarette box outer films, etc.
This equipment can quantitatively measure thermal shrinkage force, cold shrinkage force, shrinkage rate, shrinkage time and other properties of plastic films during thermal shrinkage. Multiple groups of test data can evaluate film shrinkage performance from multiple dimensions, support R&D of various shrink films, stabilize product performance and satisfy the demands of all packaging industries.

This tester uses air heating principle. The test specimen is connected to tension sensor and displacement sensor. After reaching the maximum shrinkage force, the sample is cooled under constant ambient temperature of 23℃±2℃. The instrument continuously records reference temperature, shrinkage force and displacement, and the recorded data can be used to confirm the optimal shrinkage processing conditions of films.
