Designed and manufactured based on the differential pressure test principle in compliance with GB/T 1038, ISO 2556 and other standards. Equipped with high-precision pressure sensors and automatic differential pressure maintenance technology to deliver superior test accuracy.
It is suitable for testing gas transmission performance of films, sheets, paper, packaging containers and related materials used in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, daily chemical, photovoltaic electronics and other industries, offering wide-range and high-efficiency gas permeability detection for high, medium and low gas barrier materials.

The N500 2.0 gas transmission rate tester adopts differential pressure method. Place the processed test sample between upper and lower cavities, vacuum the entire gas circuit system with a vacuum pump, then fill the upper cavity with experimental gas under 0.1 MPa to form a stable differential pressure between two cavities.
Driven by pressure gradient, gas penetrates the film from upper cavity to lower cavity. The system calculates gas transmission rate and other barrier property parameters of the sample via pressure variation detected in the lower cavity.
