Product Introduction
Designed and manufactured based on differential pressure testing principle, complying with GB/T 1038, ISO 2556 and other international standards. It adopts high-precision pressure sensor and automatic differential pressure maintenance technology to guarantee excellent testing accuracy.
It is applicable for gas transmission performance testing of films, sheets, paper, packaging containers and related materials in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, daily chemical, photovoltaic electronics and other industries, providing wide-range and high-efficiency gas permeability detection for high, medium and low barrier materials.

N530L gas transmission rate tester works on differential pressure method. Place the processed test sample between upper and lower cavities, vacuum the whole gas circuit system via vacuum pump, then fill the upper cavity with experimental gas at 0.1 MPa to form a stable differential pressure between two chambers.
Driven by pressure gradient, gas penetrates the film from upper cavity to lower cavity. The system calculates gas transmission rate and other barrier property parameters of samples according to pressure changes detected in lower cavity.
