Test Principle

N530L gas transmission rate tester works on differential pressure method. Place the processed test sample between upper and lower cavities, vacuum the whole gas circuit system via vacuum pump, then fill the upper cavity with experimental gas at 0.1 MPa to form a stable differential pressure between two chambers.

Driven by pressure gradient, gas penetrates the film from upper cavity to lower cavity. The system calculates gas transmission rate and other barrier property parameters of samples according to pressure changes detected in lower cavity.
