Accelerated weathering tests are performed on materials by simulating ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to obtain results on material weathering resistance. It can simulate environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and darkness in natural climates. By reproducing these conditions, it can be combined into a cycle and allowed to automatically complete the cycle as required.

Torque tester HP-200 is a testing instrument for bottle cap locking and opening based on ASTM and GB standard requirements and market demand developed and manufactured by GBPI R&D team. For bottle packaging products, nozzle packaging products and tube packaging products, the size of the cap opening torque is one of the key control parameters, which has a great impact on the intermediate transportation and final consumption of the product.It is suitable for measuring the size of the locking and opening torque of bottle products, and is an indispensable test equipment in the production process.

Test Principle Firstly submerge the specimen in the water in the vacuum chamber, and then evacuate the vacuum chamber to form differential pressure between the inside and outside of specimen. The seal property can be obtained by observing the steady progression of bubbles from the specimen or observing how the specimen expands and restores to its original shape after vacuum release.

  Working Principle The spouts go through the hopper and the vibrating feeding tray to the ready position, and is pushed by the spouts to hang on the spouts bracket and rotate with the rotating disc to the pouch processing station. After taking the pouch and turning it over, the pouch to be processed is put on the pouch  fixture on the spout (located directly above the spout holder), the pouch and the spouts are moved together with the turntable to the heat-sealing station for heat-sealing, and the front and rear heat-sealing knives are closed for heat-sealing treatment. The good pouch is pushed by the push-out mechanism to the finished bag storage section for storage. The untreated waste bags are automatically removed with the movement of the turntable to the waste bag rejection port.
