Product Introduction

GBB‑R Melt Flow Index Tester is a precision testing instrument for packaging materials, developed and manufactured by GBPI R&D team in accordance with ISO, GB standards and market demands. It is used to determine the melt mass‑flow rate (MFR) and melt volume‑flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastic plastics.

It is suitable for measuring melt flow index under high‑temperature conditions of various polymer raw materials, including polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polyoxymethylene resin, polycarbonate, nylon and fluoroplastics. Test Principle

Under specified temperature and load conditions, the molten material extruded through a die of defined length and diameter is used to calculate the melt mass‑flow rate (MFR) and melt volume‑flow rate (MVR).
