Test principle

The evaporation cup in the test chamber is heated according to the set temperature, cooled, weighed, and the steps are repeated until the constant weight value is reached. Add the solution to be tested into the evaporating cup, heat and evaporate in a water bath, heat the cavity to 105°C for drying, and cool down. After the evaporating dish is cooled, use a balance (sensitivity: 0.01mg) to judge the constant weight, and the experiment is terminated if the constant weight requirement of the project is met.

It has an integrated system design of water bath evaporation, drying, cooling, constant

weight, and reagent recovery, which can effectively avoid the influence of the external

environment on the experiment, and the test is automated, efficient, and precise.

 

The cavity has a built-in water bath, which can automatically detect the water level through

the liquid level sensor, automatically add water, replenish water and drain, and

automatically control the temperature of the water bath. Multiple safety designs ensure the

safe treatment of water temperature, water bath water and waste liquid discharge in an all

round way.

 

Temperature control: International advanced electromagnetic temperature control

technology is adopted to automatically control the temperature rise and fall, and the

temperature control accuracy is 0.5°C.

 

 High-precision imported balance, isolation protection design

A high-precision imported balance is built in the chamber, with high weighing efficiency, the

balance resolution reaches 0.01 mg, and the 2-round drying process can reach a constant

weight of 0.3 mg.

 

The balance is placed in a fixed and stable protective cover with a water circulation

compartment. When performing evaporation and drying steps, the balance is completely

isolated from the test chamber, and when performing weighing, the temperature and

humidity are stable. The weighing data is stable and reliable, with good repeatability.

 

 Meet the test requirements of high throughput and high applicability

The instrument is equipped with 9 test stations, and the data is independent, which can

meet the high-throughput test requirements and has high test efficiency.

The sample to be tested can be purified water, organic solvents such as n-hexane,
