Product Introduction

This product is designed and manufactured based on the coulometric oxygen sensor principle, in accordance with GB/T 19789, ASTM D3985 and other international standards. Equipped with high-precision imported oxygen sensor, it ensures excellent testing accuracy. It is suitable for oxygen permeability testing of films, sheets, paper, packages and related materials in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, daily chemical, photovoltaic and electronic fields, providing wide-range and high-efficiency oxygen transmission rate detection for high, medium and low oxygen barrier materials.

Testing Principle

Y310 2.0 Oxygen Transmission Rate Tester adopts the coulometric method. Pre-treated sample is fixed in the test cell. High-purity oxygen flows in the upper chamber, high-purity nitrogen (carrier gas) flows in the lower chamber. Oxygen molecules penetrate the film, diffuse into nitrogen, and are carried to the sensor. Oxygen transmission rate is calculated by analyzing the measured oxygen concentration.
