GBD-L Falling Dart Impact Tester test the impact resistance of various films, metallic foil and so on, widely used in industries of packaging, plastic films, laboratory, research institute, inspection agency and so on.

GBD-L2 falling dart impact tester is suitable for testing materials such as plastic film or sheet and steel plate coating with a thickness of less than 1mm. Under a given height of free falling dart impact, it can measure the energy (in Quality to express results) of plastic films,thin section specimens and other materials. Through the impact resistance test, it can prevent the packaging surface from being damaged when the packaging material is impacted or dropped due to insufficient toughness of the packaging material, and effectively avoid the product from being damaged due to impact or falling in the circulation link. Spectrophotometer ST50 is a spectrophotometer developed by GBPI series core technology, using built-in photodiode array (double 20 groups) sensors, imported whiteboard, while taking into account the measurement speed and convenience of operation. The repeatability delta E* AB of ST50 spectrophotometer is easily controlled within 0.03, and the Inter-instrument error delta E* AB is controlled within 0.2, to make the measurement more accurate. And the test data can be used for accurate color analysis and transmission in the laboratory. Vacuum Coating Thickness Tester is applied to various vacuum aluminum film, aluminized paper, and other conductive coating materials to test the resistance value, evenness, thickness and so on.

    Working Principle The spouts go through the hopper and the vibrating feeding tray to the ready position, and is pushed by the spouts to hang on the spouts bracket and rotate with the rotating disc to the pouch processing station. After taking the pouch and turning it over, the pouch to be processed is put on the pouch  fixture on the spout (located directly above the spout holder), the pouch and the spouts are moved together with the turntable to the heat-sealing station for heat-sealing, and the front and rear heat-sealing knives are closed for heat-sealing treatment. The good pouch is pushed by the push-out mechanism to the finished bag storage section for storage. The untreated waste bags are automatically removed with the movement of the turntable to the waste bag rejection port.
