Product Introduction
The GB-ML Leakage Tester is a professional testing instrument powered by compressed air, which controls the lifting and lowering of the sealing barrel lid through an air cylinder.
Adopting a high-precision electronic pressure sensor and a microcomputer control system, it effectively compares and evaluates the sealing process and sealing performance of flexible packages, and provides a scientific basis for determining relevant technical requirements.
This equipment is suitable for sealing performance testing of flexible packages in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries.
Testing Principle
The sample is immersed in water, and a vacuum is applied to the vacuum chamber to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sample.
The sealing performance is judged by observing gas escaping from the sample or water penetrating into the sample.
