High Precision Mechanical Performance Tester

Product Introduction

GBL-H2 is a universal single-column electronic tensile testing machine developed by GBPI based on GB, ASTM standards and market demands. Equipped with high-precision sensors, it features high accuracy, stable loading and long service life.

With LCD display and professional software, it shows real-time test curves and reports. Fully automatic operation with complete safety protections: limit protection, overload protection and emergency stop.

Widely used for tensile, peeling, heat sealing, tearing, puncture tests of metal & non-metal materials in food, pharmaceutical, packaging industries, inspection centers and research institutes.

Test Principle

The prepared sample is fixed between two clamps. Start the instrument to make the clamps move relatively. The force sensor collects force changes, and the displacement sensor collects displacement changes, so as to calculate the tensile, peeling, heat-sealing, tearing and other performance indicators of the sample.
