Differential Pressure Method Gas Transmission Rate Tester
Based on the differential pressure method and designed in accordance with GB/T 1038, ISO 2556 and other standards, N530 2.0 adopts high-precision pressure sensors and automatic pressure difference maintaining technology to ensure high test accuracy. It is suitable for gas permeability test of films, sheets, paper, packages and related materials in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, daily chemical, photovoltaic and electronic fields, providing wide-range and high-efficiency detection for high, medium and low barrier materials.

N530 2.0 adopts the differential pressure method. The prepared sample is placed between the upper and lower chambers. The whole gas path is evacuated by a vacuum pump, then the upper chamber is filled with test gas to form a constant pressure difference. Under the pressure gradient, gas penetrates from the upper chamber to the lower chamber. The system calculates gas transmission rate and barrier properties according to the pressure change of the lower chamber.
