GBR Hot Tack Tester For Sticking Strength of Packaging Films
Product Introduction
GBR hot tack tester is designed to test the hot tack sticking strength of plastic films and composite packaging films. It simulates actual bag making production conditions and conducts peeling test directly on heat-sealed parts under set temperature, pressure and sealing time.
Applicable Standards
ASTM F1921, ASTM F2029, GB/T 34445, QB/T 2358, YBB00122003
Working Principle
Overlap two specimen strips and fix one end with fixtures. Lay two samples separately over upper and lower sides of impact bar and feed into heat sealing station. After heat sealing, samples are pulled and stripped rapidly by impact bar, and the captured force value is final hot tack test result in Newton.
