  The coefficient of friction tester GM-4 is a measuring instrument developed and manufactured by the Guangzhou Biaoji R&D team based on various test standards of GB, ISO, ASTM and market demand. The measured friction coefficient determines the smoothness and opening difficulty of the film. and uniformity can be accurately determined, so as to correctly guide the production. It is suitable for measuring the static friction coefficient, dynamic friction coefficient and peel strength of plastic films, composite films, aluminum foils, aluminized films, plates, rubber, ceramics and other materials when sliding.        

This product is designed and manufactured based on the electrolytic method principle, in accordance with standards such as GB/T 21529 and ISO 15106-3. It is used to test the Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) of samples under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Ideal for testing the water vapor permeability of films, sheets, papers, packaging, and various materials in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, and photovoltaic electronics, it serves as an essential offline or online instrument for packaging manufacturers to evaluate the barrier performance of packaging materials.

    Working Principle The spouts go through the hopper and the vibrating feeding tray to the ready position, and is pushed by the spouts to hang on the spouts bracket and rotate with the rotating disc to the pouch processing station. After taking the pouch and turning it over, the pouch to be processed is put on the pouch  fixture on the spout (located directly above the spout holder), the pouch and the spouts are moved together with the turntable to the heat-sealing station for heat-sealing, and the front and rear heat-sealing knives are closed for heat-sealing treatment. The good pouch is pushed by the push-out mechanism to the finished bag storage section for storage. The untreated waste bags are automatically removed with the movement of the turntable to the waste bag rejection port.
