Humidified nitrogen flows on one side of the film, while dry nitrogen (carrier gas) flows on the other side at a fixed rate. Due to humidity gradient, water vapor permeates from the wet side to the dry side, carried by dry nitrogen to the electrolytic sensor. Test Principle Firstly submerge the specimen in the water in the vacuum chamber, and then evacuate the vacuum chamber to form differential pressure between the inside and outside of specimen.
