Product Introduction
This product is designed and manufactured based on the coulometric oxygen sensor principle, in accordance with GB/T 19789, ASTM D3985 and other standards. Equipped with high-precision imported oxygen sensor, it features excellent testing accuracy. It is suitable for oxygen permeability testing of films, sheets, paper, packages and related materials in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, daily chemical, photovoltaic and electronic fields. It provides wide-range, high-efficiency oxygen transmission rate detection for high, medium and low oxygen barrier materials.
Testing Principle
Y310L Oxygen Transmission Rate Tester adopts the coulometric method. The pre-treated sample is fixed in the middle of the test cell. High-purity oxygen flows in the upper chamber, and high-purity nitrogen (carrier gas) flows in the lower chamber. Oxygen molecules penetrate the film and diffuse into the nitrogen, which is carried to the sensor. The oxygen transmission rate is calculated by analyzing the oxygen concentration measured by the sensor.
