Product Introduction The GBB-A3 Lid Film Heat Sealer can accurately determine heat seal performance parameters (including heat seal temperature, time, and pressure) for lid films used in food and pharmaceutical packaging, such as those for jelly cups, yogurt cups, coffee capsules, instant noodle buckets, meal boxes, and medical blister packs. Since heat seal performance varies across different materials, measuring these parameters allows for precise determination of optimal heat seal conditions. Testing Principle Install appropriate fixtures on the instrument’s lower pallet and place the sample on the fixture. Set the desired heat seal temperature, time, and pressure, then start the instrument with one click—the upper fixture will descend to seal the sample. In manual mode, pressing the foot switch once activates the sealing knife, and the heat seal duration is determined by the preset time. In automatic mode, the upper and lower sealing knives repeatedly perform heat sealing automatically according to the set time. And the best heat sealing conditions can be accurately obtained through the determination of their heat sealing performance parameters.   Testing Principle Put the sample on the lower tray of the instrument, adjust the appropriate height according to the size of the sample, set a certain sealing temperature, time and pressure as required, and start the instrument with one key. The fixture on the instrument will heat seal the sample according to the setting parameters. Under the manual state, step on the foot switch, and the heat sealing knife is pressed. The heat sealing time is determined by the value set by the time control. In the automatic state, the upper and lower heat sealing knives of the heat sealer will automatically heat seal repeatedly according to the set time.     Working Principle The spouts go through the hopper and the vibrating feeding tray to the ready position, and is pushed by the spouts to hang on the spouts bracket and rotate with the rotating disc to the pouch processing station. After taking the pouch and turning it over, the pouch to be processed is put on the pouch  fixture on the spout (located directly above the spout holder), the pouch and the spouts are moved together with the turntable to the heat-sealing station for heat-sealing, and the front and rear heat-sealing knives are closed for heat-sealing treatment. The good pouch is pushed by the push-out mechanism to the finished bag storage section for storage. The untreated waste bags are automatically removed with the movement of the turntable to the waste bag rejection port.
