Product Introduction
The GBB-A3 Lid Film Heat Sealer can accurately determine heat seal performance parameters (including heat seal temperature, time, and pressure) for lid films used in food and pharmaceutical packaging, such as those for jelly cups, yogurt cups, coffee capsules, instant noodle buckets, meal boxes, and medical blister packs. Since heat seal performance varies across different materials, measuring these parameters allows for precise determination of optimal heat seal conditions.
Testing Principle
Install appropriate fixtures on the instrument’s lower pallet and place the sample on the fixture. Set the desired heat seal temperature, time, and pressure, then start the instrument with one click—the upper fixture will descend to seal the sample. In manual mode, pressing the foot switch once activates the sealing knife, and the heat seal duration is determined by the preset time. In automatic mode, the upper and lower sealing knives repeatedly perform heat sealing automatically according to the set time.
